This inaugural report provides the first comprehensive accounting of Kimco’s performance on a range of social, environmental and governance aspects while also articulating in more detail the company’s strategic approach to these issues. The 2013 Corporate Responsibility Report is based on the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines.
Visually the report utilizes info graphics to illustrate Kimco’s highlights, footprint, and approach to corporate responsibility. The narrative also divides the past year’s performance into
4 sections indentified with custom icons. The accompanying pdf is made interactive for easy referenced navigation.
Latitude welcomes new client FocusRx. We were hired to design a variety of marketing projects including brochures and a identity/website redesign.
Kimco’s 2013 Corporate Responsibility Report wins recognition at the 44th Creativity International Awards and GDUSA's American Graphic Design Awards competition. Latitude also won American Graphic Design awards for our website design and Noodle Communications website.
Latitude works with Academy of Motion Pictures Nicholl Fellowship winner Scott Simonsen on the documentary,
"Anatomy of a Gamer".
Latitude successfully delivers Kimco’s Corporate Responsibility Report. The interactive pdf and printed report closely follow the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines and is FSC produced.
